Welcome to Charlotte's Bookweb!

I have always loved reading, experiencing new worlds and living a thousand different lives, being named after 'Charlotte's Web' by E. B. White was there ever really a question that I would grow into an avid reader??.

Reading has become an escape for me, while many will and have asked... 'Why I would want to have my head in a book? Experience the real world'. Sometimes life is hard. Reading is an escape from the bad times, a chance to leave your worries and troubles at the turn of a page, become someone else, whether they are a warrior, a fae queen, a poor girl starting a revolution, a wizard on his way to a magic school... or even a very knowledgable (and well named, if I do say so myself) spider. 

I started Charlotte's Bookweb as a fun hobby, learning to sew and make book sleeves, but it has become so much more. One of my favourite things to do is chat with the vast and incredible bookish community, meeting readers from all over the world and discussing books of all genres.
